the staff was friendly and accommodating and provided us with ample towels, toiletries, and well-equipped kitchens. the location of the hotel was also convenient as it was near many local attractions such as the Shrewsbury area and the Palladium. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the brewed coffee available throughout the day.
There was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways and elevators, which detracted from the overall pleasant experience.

The hotel location was conveniently close to major highways, which was helpful during the busy New Year's traffic. the room was spacious and had a fully-equipped kitchen area that was useful for longer stays. the staff members were polite and welcoming upon our arrival.
The overall experience was less than satisfactory. the decor was outdated and in need of renovations, and the room lacked proper soundproofing, making it challenging to sleep or relax.
